Simon Thurlow age 50. Mr. Thurlow has a wide experience of the finance and investment banking industry. He was the head of the high yield department specializing in junk bonds and corporate restructuring for a boutique UK brokerage firm and managed an extensive portfolio of distressed debt comprising of numerous well know issuers on behalf of small pension funds and high net worth individuals. Mr. Thurlow moved to the US in 1995 and joined a small boutique brokerage firm that specialized in distressed debt before forming his own advisory firm with a partner on Wall Street which advised and financed small start up companies and mentored them through to IPO. Since 2000 Mr. Thurlow has advised and restructured over $500 million dollars in distressed company assets and arranged the successful rehabilitation over over thirty public companies from insurance, pharmaceutical to mining assets. At present Mr. Thurlow works for a well known SEC practitioner with offices in NY and NJ advising clients seeking public listings in both the US and Europe as well as preparing listing prospectuses and merger documents.

Harold Morris gained experience as a business systems analyst with Trebor Sharps in Woodford, London from 1968 to 1976 where he implemented statistical sales reporting. He also did financial systems analysis with Gulf Oil Eastern Hemisphere in London and implemented multicurrency financial reporting systems from 1976 to 1980.
Michael Holt is an accomplished IT professional with extensive background in foreign exchange trading. His expertise include systems analysis and information technology architecture and implementation, screen trading and exceution, development of internal risk management models.

Since 2003, Mel Ehrlich has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Efficient Energy Conversion Systems, Inc. (EECS) Recently, EECS has designed and is patenting significant improvements in oil burners, geothermal and solar heat exchangers, and diesel and internal combustion engines.
